RAMA Landscaping is our landscape contractor.
Tree Maintenance:
The City of Plano inspected the trees and reminded the HOA that any homeowner concerned about a tree limb overhanging their property has the right to remove the limb back to the trunk if necessary. The HOA cannot do individually requested homeowner maintenance of the Creekway tree branches that overhang individual properties.

Annual HOA Meeting
Takes place in January every year. Next meeting scheduled for 7 PM on January 14th, 2025 at 7 PM at Rafi Uddin's home, 4817 Ridgedale Drive
Annual HOA Dues
HOA Dues are due on the first of January and are delinquent after January 31.
The current annual assessment is $875.00 per year

Please keep an eye on your home and your neighbors. Report any suspicious persons or vehicles to the Plano Police Department. Let's look out for each other's well-being.
