CCR's are enforced by the homeowners association. They contain limitations and restrictions on various subjects, including antennas, dishes, detached buildings, home additions, landscaping, fencing, and more.
Bylaws
The Rockcreek Place HOA bylaws are a set of rules that govern the homeowners association. The bylaws govern how the HOA operates and contain the information needed to run the HOA as a business. The bylaws covers matters such as; meetings, how meetings are conducted, duties and terms of directors, the number of directors, and membership voting rights.
